Abstract & Poster Guidelines

Outstanding abstracts will be selected through a review process after submission. Selected research will be eligible for an Award, as well as opportunities for either oral presentations or poster pitching on-site at ODC. We look forward to research that demonstrates originality and strong academic rigor. Please prepare and submit your work in accordance with the guidelines below.

  • A submitted abstract must be in English and limited to 2,500 characters, including spaces.
  • Submissions must include the author name(s), affiliation(s), and contact information.
  • Posters must be prepared and printed in A0 size (841 × 1,189 mm) in a vertical (portrait) orientation.
  • All visual materials (e.g., images, graphs) should be in high resolution, and all text should be in a sufficiently large font to ensure readability on-site.
  • Including an institutional logo is optional.

Screening & Award Committee

ODC26 abstracts and posters are reviewed directly by ORGANOIDSCIENCES and a network of affiliated experts and leading academic societies.

Poster Display

Selected research will be displayed at ODC Virtual Space and on-site.

Oral Presentation

Top research earns a formal presentation slot on the main stage.

Research Support

Award-winning research receives prize money. See Awards section for details.

Posting Fee: A posting fee of $70 per poster will be charged upon submission.
