이용 약관 (Terms of Service)

Organoid Developer Conference (ODC)가 제공하는 웹사이트(https://odc.network) 및 관련 서비스 이용에 관한 약관입니다.

제 1조 (목적)

본 약관은 ODC 조직위원회(이하 “ODC”)가 운영하는 웹사이트 및 행사 등록·결제 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 절차, ODC와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. ODC는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 변경 공지 후 계속 이용하는 경우 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

제3조 (용어의 정의)

이용자: 본 약관에 동의하고 ODC가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자

참가자: ODC 행사에 등록하고 티켓을 구매한 이용자

티켓: ODC 행사 참가 자격을 부여하는 유·무료 입장권

서비스: ODC 웹사이트를 통한 행사 정보 제공, 등록, 결제 등 일체의 서비스

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

ODC는 다음 서비스를 제공합니다.
 
  • 행사 정보 제공
  • 티켓 등록 및 결제
  • 뉴스레터 및 공지사항 발송
  • 기타 ODC가 정하는 서비스
 
ODC는 서비스의 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 사전에 공지합니다.
 
제5조 (티켓 구매 및 결제)
 
이용자는 웹사이트에서 제공되는 절차에 따라 티켓을 구매할 수 있습니다.
결제는 ODC가 지정한 결제 수단(신용카드, 체크카드 등)을 통해 이루어지며, 결제 처리는 PG사(토스페이먼츠)를 통해 진행됩니다.
결제 완료 후 등록 확인 이메일이 발송됩니다. 이메일이 수신되지 않을 경우 info@odc.network로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
미성년자의 경우 법정대리인의 동의 하에 구매할 수 있습니다.
 

제6조 (취소 및 환불)

티켓 취소 및 환불은 아래 기준에 따릅니다.
 
행사일 30일 전까지    전액 환불
행사일 15일 전까지     50% 환불
행사일 14일 이내        환불 불가
 
환불 요청은 info@odc.network로 이메일 접수하며, 처리는 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 완료됩니다. 
ODC 주최 측의 사정으로 행사가 취소되는 경우 구매 금액 전액을 환불합니다. 
천재지변, 감염병 확산 등 불가항력적 사유로 행사가 취소 또는 변경되는 경우, ODC는 별도의 공지를 통해 환불 방침을 안내합니다.
결제 수단의 특성에 따라 환불 처리 기간이 상이할 수 있습니다.
행동강령(Code of Conduct) 위반으로 퇴장 조치를 받은 경우 환불이 불가합니다.
 
 
제7조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
 
  • 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보로 등록하는 행위
  • 구매한 티켓을 무단으로 양도·판매하는 행위
  • ODC의 사전 동의 없이 행사 콘텐츠(발표 자료, 영상, 사진 등)를 무단으로 복제·배포하는 행위
  • 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 ODC 및 타 참가자의 명예를 훼손하는 행위
  • 관련 법령을 위반하는 일체의 행위
 
제8조 (지식재산권)
 
웹사이트 및 행사에서 제공되는 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, 영상, 로고 등)의 저작권은 ODC 또는 해당 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
이용자는 ODC의 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제, 수정, 배포, 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.
 
제9조 (면책사항)
 
ODC는 천재지변, 전쟁, 전산 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
ODC는 이용자가 서비스 이용 중 발생한 손해에 대해 ODC의 귀책사유가 없는 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
ODC 웹사이트에서 링크된 외부 사이트의 내용 및 운영에 대해 ODC는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
 
제10조 (분쟁 해결 및 준거법)
 
서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 상호 협의를 통해 해결하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

These are the terms and conditions governing the use of the website (https://odc.network) and related services provided by the Organoid Developer Conference (ODC).


Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the website and event registration and payment services (hereinafter “Services”) operated by the ODC Organizing Committee (hereinafter “ODC”), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ODC and its users.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

  1. These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Services.
  2. ODC may amend these Terms as necessary, and any changes will be announced via the website.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Services. Continued use following the announcement of changes will be deemed as acceptance.

Article 3 (Definitions)

  • User: Any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Services provided by ODC.
  • Participant: A user who has registered for an ODC event and purchased a ticket.
  • Ticket: A paid or complimentary pass granting admission to an ODC event.
  • Services: All services provided through the ODC website, including event information, registration, and payment processing.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

  1. ODC provides the following services:
    • Event information
    • Ticket registration and payment
    • Newsletters and announcements
    • Other services as determined by ODC
  2. ODC may modify or discontinue services and will provide advance notice of any significant changes.

Article 5 (Ticket Purchase and Payment)

  1. Users may purchase tickets by following the procedures provided on the website.
  2. Payment is processed through ODC-designated payment methods (credit card, debit card, etc.) via a payment gateway (Toss Payments).
  3. A registration confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. If you do not receive this email, please contact info@odc.network.
  4. Minors may make purchases only with the consent of a legal guardian.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)

  1. Ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the following policy:

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@odc.network and will be processed within 5 business days.
  • If the event is cancelled due to circumstances attributable to ODC, a full refund will be issued.
  • In cases of force majeure — including natural disasters or the spread of infectious disease — ODC will announce a separate refund policy via the website.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
  • No refund will be issued if a participant is removed from the event due to a violation of the Code of Conduct.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

  1. Misappropriating another person’s information or registering with false information
  2. Transferring or reselling purchased tickets without authorization
  3. Reproducing or distributing event content (presentations, videos, photos, etc.) without prior written consent from ODC
  4. Interfering with the operation of the Services or damaging the reputation of ODC or other participants
  5. Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All content provided through the website and events — including text, images, videos, and logos — is owned by ODC or the respective rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such content without prior written consent from ODC.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. ODC shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or system failures.
  2. ODC shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users during use of the Services where ODC is not at fault.
  3. ODC is not responsible for the content or operation of external websites linked from the ODC website.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

  1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved through mutual consultation as a first principle.
  2. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring a claim before the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
  3. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
