Call for Posters

The Organoid Developer Conference (ODC) is a global platform connecting over 1,000 institutions to explore the convergence of science, art, and innovation. The upcoming ASEAN edition, themed “New Science, New Cultures”, will take place on December 12–13, 2025, at Siam Paragon NEXT TECH (4F), Bangkok, Thailand, with a parallel presence on the ODC Virtual Platform.

The Poster Session invites researchers, students, innovators, and creative practitioners to share their findings and ideas that shape the future of organoid and human-relevant biology. Selected posters will be featured onsite and online, contributing to ASEAN’s growing role in global biohealth innovation.

Poster Submission Guidelines

Abstract format

  • Abstract must be written in English (max 500 words).
  • Include: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Contact email.
  • Indicate your preferred presentation format: Onsite / Online / Both

Poster format

  • PDF file, A0 size, portrait orientation.
  • Use clear visuals, concise text, and readable fonts.
  • Include institutional logos (optional)

What We’re Looking For

We welcome posters covering a wide range of subjects – including, but not limited to, the following areas.

Organoid development, disease modeling, regenerative medicine

02.

Testing in pharma, cosmetics, food

03.

Ethical & animal-free methods (NAMs, MPS), standardization, translation

04.

Biomanufacturing, regulation, commercialization in ASEAN

05.

Creative works linking biotech, lifescience, art, and culture

Review & Selection

All submissions will be reviewed by the ODC25 ASEAN Scientific Committee based on:

Scientific/ Art & Culture quality and originality

Relevance to Organoid & Human-relevant models, ATMPs (advanced therapy medicinal products)

Clarity of presentation and impact potential

Selected posters will be featured onsite or online. Outstanding posters may be invited for oral presentation at the event in Bangkok or considered for Poster Awards.
