  • Attendance Commitment – Registration is free, but if you are unable to attend without prior notice, your participation may be restricted for next year’s event.
  • Participant Limit – Attendance is capped at 800 participants per day, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Data Usage & Privacy – The personal information provided during registration will be used for event coordination, communication, and updates. Additionally, we may share relevant insights, industry news, and future event invitations that align with your interests. You can opt out at any time.
  • Photography & Media Release – The event may be recorded or photographed for promotional and documentation purposes. By registering, you consent to the use of images and recordings that may include you.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – Participants are expected to follow all event guidelines, including safety measures and venue regulations.
